OnePlus One's 5.5-inch display really is quite the case. At 5.5-inches it's bigger than both the One M8's and Galaxy S5's, though it has the same 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution. Surely that makes it a little less pixel-dense, but with 401ppi I defy anyone to call it anything but sharp.

On the video side of things, the OnePlus One’s camera will be capable of capturing 4K video. Those individuals that prefer slow motion video will be pleased to learn that OnePlus is also throwing in support for 120 fps video capture at a 720p resolution.

Support for 4K video capture isn’t a feature that we see on each and every  smartphone, making it a welcome addition here, and OnePlus’s decision to include some image stabilization tech was a smart one.

OnePlus has placed a tiny pair of stereo speakers on the bottom edge of the device - as held in portrait view - with two snitch rows of machined holes either side of the microUSB port.

Button assignment is strong, with the power key situated two thirds of the way up on the right hand side and the extended volume rocker opposite on the left hand side.
